Q: How long will my portrait take to arrive?

All of our Pet Portraits are Printed & Framed from the Gold Coast

(Please note if you order seperate accessories e.g phone cases these may arrive at separate times)

We aim to ship your portrait within 3-5 business days. Here's the process:

• Image processing: We'll process your image within 1 business day.
• Artwork creation: Our artists will draw your pet portrait in 1-2 business days.
• Revision confirmation: We'll email you for any revisions. Please check your email (including junk mail) We'll proceed once we receive your confirmation or if we have not heard back within 48 hours (Due to high print demands)
• Printing, framing, packaging, and shipping: We'll handle all these steps within 1-3 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this stage we are shipping to Australia for our physical products. We are currently working really hard on expanding worldwide.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide.

If you would like to Ship via Express this will cost an extra $10
