Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalise and build your order from the moment you place it.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing your artwork and order for printing. Processing time: 1–3 business days (During peak periods such as holidays and sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.)
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping worldwide. Shipping is included with every order, so there are no extra shipping fees at checkout.

Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
