How are the portraits made?
Your photo is used to generate a personalised AI artwork in your chosen style. Our team then reviews it before printing and framing.
Can I see my design before I pay?
You sure can! Unlike our competitors, We have integrated a live viewing system into our store so you can purchase happy knowing what you will receive.
Will my artwork look like the preview?
Yes, the preview is a very accurate representation. Minor quality refinements may be made before printing.
Can I change my portrait after ordering?
You can retry before purchasing. Once an order is placed we can't make edits, but contact us within 30 minutes if you need to make changes.
Do you do cats as well as dogs?
Yes! Our AI works for both dogs and cats.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We aim to have your order printed, framed & shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast within 3 business day. Delivery across Australia takes a further 2-6 business days (Depending on your location) via Auspost.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but within 30 minutes of placing your order only. Email us immediately at support@barkandbrush.com.au
Is shipping really free?
That's right! We offer free shipping Australia wide to help give back to our community of pet lovers. Enjoy premium artwork at an affordable price!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our portraits, we don't accept returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you order does arrive damage please fill out this form to begin the process and our team will reach out right away to ensure we resolve the issue right away.

What if I'm unhappy with my portrait?
If you are unhappy with way your portrait has turned out you can fill out this form and our team will be in contact right away. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we'll always try to find a solution.
Can I get a refund if I used a low quality photo?
Unfortunately not, The live preview will show you how your design will look before purchasing, after purchase we run this through an upscaling tool to ensure the best quality possible before printing begins. Portrait quality depends on photo quality, which is why we have Image Guidelines before you order.
