Step 1 — Choose Your Art Style

Browse our collection of portrait styles and pick the one that suits your pet's personality. Whether it's a relaxed beach scene, a lush botanical garden, or a classic signature portrait — there's a style for every dog.

Step 2 — Upload Your Photo

Select your frame size (20×25cm or 30×40cm) and frame colour (Black, White, or Oak), then upload a clear photo of your pet. The better the photo, the better the portrait — so check our Image Guidelines for tips on getting the best result.

Step 3 — Preview Your Portrait

Our AI portrait technology generates a personalised artwork from your photo in minutes. You'll see a live preview right on the page so you can see exactly how your portrait will look before you buy. Not happy with it? Simply retry with the same photo or upload a new one — no pressure.

Step 4 — Place Your Order

Once you're happy with your preview, select your frame and place your order. Every portrait is reviewed by our team before it goes to print to ensure quality and accuracy.

Step 5 — Printed, Framed & Shipped

Your portrait is professionally printed, framed, and dispatched within 3 business days. We ship Australia-wide with free shipping on every order. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Step 6 — Hang It With Pride
